WJM Engineering, Inc. provided the expertise to transform an outdated ice cream shop into a fully renovated Dairy Queen. While planning the interior fit-out WJM Engineering combined the Dairy Queens specialized equipment with the needs of the employees to create an effective work area. The design also includes a 400 SF outdoor picnic area where guest can enjoy their sweet treats!
The project scope included a parapet roof design, roof framing plan, site plan, stormwater management plan, erosion & sedimentation plan (E&S), and a site grading plan
We provided the owner with constant communication and professionalism from start to finish to ensure the Dairy Queen would open on time and the needs of the franchise would be met.
